Add the mailbox under People I am a delegate for. Note If you have permissions to custom folders in the mailbox but not to the top-level mailbox folder Outlook for Mac does not support Auto-mapping of shared mailboxes. The following table summarizes the permissions options that may be available.

At work I have a personal exchange account and a group mailbox that my group uses. Im able to set up my exchange account in the mal.app without issue but for the life of me I cant figure out how to add the additional mailbox. Its not a second account, just a mailbox. In Outlook its as simple as going to tools>options>mail set up>email accounts>change>more settings>advanced>Add. Im trying to do the same option in the mail app but cant figure out how to do it. Searches have only yielded info on how to add another exchange account but again this is just a secondary mailbox...
